Online Shopping

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of your order being placed.

The product needs to be in the original condition you received it (e.g. unopened and unused). You will need to send the goods back to Pet Connect in order to process a refund.

Please note: We cannot refund food or treats that have been opened. Make sure to check the sizing guide before ordering collars and clothing. If you’d like to make a return, please contact us.

No, sorry. At this stage our online store only allows one coupon code to be entered per order.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $49.

Your courier will leave your parcel somewhere safe on your property if you are not home.

Leave a comment at the cart to let the courier know where would suit you best.

You can upgrade your shipping from Standard to Signature Required for $3.

You can expect to receive your order in 1 - 3 business days from when you ordered. Please note: Because we ship from Waiheke Island (Auckland), in the odd case of extreme weather or unavoidable interferences, delivery times may be extended. Rural deliveries can also extend delivery time by an extra day, however please be aware that all efforts are made to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Recurring Orders

1. Find the item on our website that you would like a recurring order for.

2. Select the Subscribe & Save 5% and choose the frequency of your order.

3. Enter all your Shipping information, Shipping preferences and Billing information.

4. Select Place my order. 

5. That's it.

**Please note** Deliveries leave Waiheke Mon-Fri. It will be despatched on the chosen day of subscription. 

When you sign into your Pet Connect account you will have full control over how often you receive your order, or if you would like your upcoming orders to land on a specific day of the week or month.

1. From the Pet Connect storefront, select Account at the top right of the screen .

5. Select Manage Subscription which is on the left above your name and address.

2. Here you will see your details such as Shipping address, Payment Information, and Upcoming Orders however if your wanting to edit your products click on the Products in your subscription.

3. Then select your product and then click Save Changes.
